I was thinking more about the Commissions that my last entry was on, and realized that wouldn't quite work. People would then want to push prices up so they could get more money and major inflation could happen. Also, can one person really make enough profit on just what they make?
But, I thought of a new idea- Weekly Salary Brackets. A company could set up a system of the amount a worker earns by how much he or she makes, but not necessarily percentage. For example, if a factory worker made, say, zero to ten shirts in a day, they would make the minimal amount, and if they made over a hundred, they would get paid the maximum. This way, people would still worker harder, get paid on what they get done, and massive inflation can be avoided.
I would love to hear some opinions on these ideas, whether they would work or not, any flaws in my ideas, etc.. Don't be afraid to comment!
